About the client: One of the 17 sections of USTA (US Tennis Association) across America, USTA Norcal is a not-for-profit that promotes, services, & administers tennis programs in Northern California & Northwest Nevada. USTA Norcal has over 50,000 members.
The need: USTA Norcal needed two handbooks designed for their new Ready, Set, Rally program – an introductory program for adult tennis newbies which aims to provide a fast, active, & dynamic intro to playing tennis in a fun, no-pressure environment.
Our work: We collaborated with the client to create the program logo. We designed & did layouts for both the coaches and players handbooks, which were over 30 pages in length. After receiving the content & constraints from the client, we broke down the info & presented it in an accessible, clear, & fun manner; while keeping consistency with the USTA brand.
